How long does a valuation take?+
Most valuations are ready within 1–3 minutes after you submit your photos. We'll update the page automatically.
Is the valuation a guaranteed offer?+
It's an estimate based on your photos. The final offer is confirmed in store after a physical inspection.
What kinds of items can I get valued?+
Designer handbags, luxury watches, jewellery, smartphones, laptops, games consoles, cameras, gold and more.
Do I need an account?+
No — submit your request anonymously. We'll give you a reference code you can use to look up your valuation any time.
What happens to my photos?+
Your photos are used only to value your item. Don't include personal documents or anything you wouldn't want shared with our valuation team.
What if my reference is lost?+
Contact your chosen Cash Converters store with the email and phone number you used and they can help locate your request.
